Job Description
This international law firm invites an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join their property team. In particular they are looking for a candidate who has a thorough knowledge of the conveyancing transactions and procedures in Hong Kong and are capable of handling and drafting documents on their own, including sale and purchase agreements, leases, licences, mortgages, assignments and guarantees.
To qualify, you should have a degree in law, finance or similar discipline with at least 8 years of relevant real estate experience with a leading law firm (previous experience in projects handling would be advantageous). In addition, you should be able to work independently and have a good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (speaking and writing).
