Job Description
This multinational corporation in the financial services industry is looking for an additional lawyer for its team. Reporting to the General Counsel, the role will handle cross-border corporate and commercial matters (M&A and JV) as well as provide legal support on the Hong Kong listing rules requirements. You will also provide legal support on IP, employment and IT related matters.
The role offers the opportunity to gain managerial exposure. To qualify, you should be admitted in a Commonwealth jurisdiction with at least 6 years PQE and ideally have some in-house experience in the financial services industry. Hong Kong listing rules and financial services industry experience would be advantageous, however, is not essential. Fluency in English is required and Chinese languages are preferred.
