Job Description
This expanding HK listed investment company is seeking a Legal Manager to lead the department. The role is reponsible for handling all legal documents related to the core business of the company and to provide legal suport to the external legal counsels. You should preferably be a qualified HK lawyer or have a degree in law, finance, economics or in equivalent discipline, at least 5 years of experience in the financial industrial and be fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
