An excellent career opportunity is on offer for a senior level banking and finance associate to join the Shanghai office of this leading international firm.
Candidates ideally should be qualified in the PRC (though overseas' qualified candidates with international law firm experience and exposure to Hong Kong and mainland China banking deals would also be considered) with at least 5 years' PQE of general banking and finance transactions. Most, if not all, of such experience should have been gained in a major international law firm or top tier PRC law firm. Excellent prospects for the successful candidate.
