Star Anise Co-hosts Networking Event with Magic Circle law firm

Star Anise and magic circle law firm, Clifford Chance, co-hosted a networking event for senior level Human Resources and Employee Relations (ER) professionals from multinational companies and local conglomerates in Hong Kong.

Star Anise co-Managing Director, Annie Tang, opened the event and Clifford Chance's Head of Employment, Anita Lam, and her team shared the latest employment law cases and legislative updates impacting both employers and employees in Hong Kong. Topical issues discussed included discrimination and bullying in the workplace, and recent cases in Hong Kong involving equal rights for same-sex spouses. 

Speaking at the conclusion of the event, Ms Tang said, “It's been a great honour and pleasure for us to co-host this networking event with Anita [Lam] and her colleagues at Clifford Chance.
