Star Anise co-hosts stress management webinar with HKGALA

Star Anise Legal is delighted to co-host a webinar with the Hong Kong Gay and Lesbian Attorneys (HKGALA) Network on, “Managing Stress and turning it into an Opportunity”. The webinar will share insights from guest presenter Joanna Chin, an Executive Coach and Facilitator, on different kinds of mind-sets that help or hinder us, and how to utilise our brain tools to buffer ourselves from stress, especially during these difficult time and to re-frame thoughts to get us “unstuck”.

The webinar welcomes all professionals who are seeking advice on how to manage stress and seize the window of opportunity. Joanna Chin, an expert in stress management will share her tips and tricks online on 2 September 2020 (Thursday) at 12:45 p.m.

Joanna Chin is originally from New Zealand and has lived in Hong Kong for over 20 years. She is a certified coach with the Neuroleadership Group (Results Coaching) and International Coach Federation. She also works in the area of Inclusive Leadership, and speaks regularly on the topic.

As a professional coach of almost 8 years, she has coached various audiences, which includes but is not limited to, senior executives in the legal, financial, consultancy, luxury and non-profit sectors in Asia, Europe and the United States. Prior to coaching, Joanna was a transactional lawyer of 15 years.

Star Anise Legal has previously co-hosted seminars and webinars with various organisations and this will be the first webinar session with HKGALA.
